TLDR Pro's: - Price/value - Design - Handle material - Full flat grind Neg's: Well nothing glaring for this price range. Things that could be improved would make it few times more expensive. And if it would be made like that I would have bought it anyways. Wall of text Well I was in love as soon as I have seen it. Designed as Old School hunting/woodsman blade but with modern materials. I have seen all videos on Youtube and I honestly thought it was bit bigger. Handle that is. My hand does not fit on the handle proper. Sure I can change my grip and it is doable. But it should have been at least 5mm longer. I knew blade is not that big but that is just a size for the tasks it was made for. Over all length is just bit longer than for example Spyderco Resilience. Blade is just tinny bit longer actually. REsiliance has much longer handle. Steel is just adequate. I would have been more satisfied with 1095 or some other nice carbon steel or tool steel like D2, A2 or 3V or 3G, Elmax or some other powder steel. IT would made it way more expensive but I would have went with it. Handle is not finished good. At least my model was not. I thought I will finish it my self. Do not have time for it now. MY handle is OK while you are working with a knife. But if you feel a handle in all directions you can feel some very nasty squared places. Almost sharp. All metal parts are like coated. When you was your blade strange lines are staying on it. I wanted to see how effective is a original grind and I have sharpened original bevel to 12k and stropped. Steel is capable of high mirror polish. It feels sharp. Actually feels very very sharp. Only actual factory V edge is made under to big angle. So even refining edge and reaching it's max potential will not make it scary sharp. It needs re-profiling. Sure kydex sheet would be better but this sheet is good enough. Drain hole and all. Fire-steel is on thin side but light weight. I will thing edge out and give it a convex geometry. I think I will polish complete blade accept for part next to a bolster. I think I will have to use belt sander to finish better bolster/guard and pommel. And I will do high polish micarta on buffing wheel. I only need to find time for it. BTW So overall? I am still in love with it's shape. Only few little things stopped me from finding time to finish it up. I thought my hands are not that big but it seems hands of those people on Youtube are smaller disregarding that they look big. For the money it is a nice blade. It is great option for a blade that you will have hidden in your car or in some emergency bag bug out bag. Not to expensive to forget it. In such scenario it would work great. Otherwise Cheap Mora will do cutting tasks better and cost way less.

dit mes ligt stevig in de hand en is behoorlijk scherp out of the box. de plastic schede voelt solide aan. denk niet dat er een beter mes is voor dit geld
