The fit and finish of this knife was not as well executed as I had expected; there was too much tension on the lockbar making the framelock difficult to disengage and thus making the knife hard to open and close. The knife was especially hard to open because the positioning of the thumbstuds is very awkward. It took me a couple of days before I found a way to open the knife one-handed, yet I still struggle with it today. Very poorly designed! The action of the knife was gritty because the nylon washers had factory residu on them and even after taking the knife apart to clean them it was still not as smooth as it could be. While reassembling the knife after having cleaned it, I struggled getting it back together. The screws seemed to be forced into their holes making it difficult to line them up and making the pivot hard to adjust. The prybar does not taper down to a point making it more comfortable to carry but difficult to pry with. It is however very strong and the main selling point of this knife. The steel is crappy, as I expected. The pocketclip deformed the first day of carrying Finally, the ergonomics are not bad, but not good either, just ok. In conclusion, I do not recommend this knife for edc because it is bulky and heavy. If you wan't a prybar on your knife, just get a separate on and throw it on your keychain.
