Echt perfect, bescheiden formaat en gewicht, handzaam, ligt zeer comfortabel in de hand en het mes is razend scherp. Uitstekend voor divers werk, onder andere aan scheepstouwen. Het blijft een mes, maar het is er niet een waar mensen meteen van schrikken. De zytel schede is licht en compact en prefereer ik boven de minder handige leren versie. Is ook makkelijker te modificeren. Kortom een aanrader!

I absolutely love this knife. Possibly the best you can buy for this price. Very heavy duty, you can honestly chop down little trees with it, and although sharpening a convex blade takes a little practice the added strength and durability of the blade makes it totally worth it for me. The convex shape also makes it rather suitable for skinning animals and working wood. Keeping in mind that this is an allround knife, it does both remarkably well. For finer woodwork like spoon carving it is a bit heavy, but it can still be done with good results. The handle is perfect for smaller and average size hands, but maybe a little small if your hands are rather big (male). The fact that the handle goes all the way round means you never touch steel and that is very comfortable both in cold and hot and sunny conditions.
